...I Nycole Lewis am announcing my candidacy for Election Commissioner District 1. I have filed to run for Election Commissioner for District 1 at the Rankin County Courthouse.
I am the State Coordinator of Healthy Teens for MS for Governor Phil Bryant. I am an Adjunct Professor of Public Policy in the Master’s of Public Policy and Administration Program at Belhaven University. I am a former Chief of Staff at Medicaid and Professional Staff member of the United States Senate. I am married to Craig Lewis, we have one Godchild, Alivia Madison, and we live in Florence, MS.
“I am excited about my candidacy.“ I am running to serve the community and ensure that the will of the people and the United States Constitution is upheld. I believe that my experience as a Poll Worker and a Poll Manager for precincts in District 1 give me the knowledge and experience to be an effective Election Commissioner on behalf of the citizens of Rankin County who reside in District 1.
